3. User Accounts
To use many features of Classic Learning, you must create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
Your Account Responsibilities:
- One Account Per Student: Each student is entitled to create and maintain only one account on the Platform.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Do not share your credentials with anyone.
- No Account Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing your account violates these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4. AI Usage & Fair Use Policy
Our AI-powered doubt solver is designed to support student learning. To ensure fair access for all users, we have established the following usage guidelines:

- Educational Purpose Only: AI features are exclusively for academic assistance and learning support. Commercial or non-educational use is prohibited.
- Fair Usage Limits: Each subscription tier includes a set number of AI interactions per month. Exceeding these limits requires additional charges or upgrading your subscription.
- Usage Restrictions: Classic Learning reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend AI usage for any account found to be abusing the system (e.g., automated queries, spam, misuse).
- No Guaranteed Results: AI responses are provided for guidance only. The accuracy and completeness of AI responses are not guaranteed. Always verify with textbooks and teachers.
- Scope Limited to Curriculum: The AI is trained to respond only to questions related to the selected class, subject, and chapter. Off-topic queries will not be entertained.
5. Subscription & Payments

- Individual Learning Differences: Learning outcomes vary significantly among students based on their dedication, prior knowledge, and learning pace. Our Platform provides tools and resources but cannot replace consistent student effort.
- Curriculum Alignment: While our content is designed to align with CBSE and State Board curricula, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage of all exam syllabus components. Always refer to your school curriculum and teacher guidance.
10. Service Availability
