Age & Parental Consent Requirements:

  • Students Under 18: If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the explicit consent and permission of your parent or legal guardian to use this Platform.
  • Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Parents and guardians who provide consent are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the Platform.
  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate information during account creation. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension.

2. Services Provided

Classic Learning provides a comprehensive suite of educational services designed to support student learning and exam preparation:

  • Online Academic Content: Curriculum-aligned study materials for Classes 8–12 covering all major subjects
  • Recorded Lectures: Video lessons and explanations from qualified educators covering key topics and concepts
  • AI-Assisted Doubt Resolution: Access to an AI-powered tutor that answers academic questions and provides explanations within the curriculum scope
  • Online Tests & Quizzes: Interactive assessments designed to reinforce learning and prepare for board exams
  • Performance Analytics: Detailed reports and insights into learning progress, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Educational Support Tools: Additional resources such as revision summaries, previous year papers, and chapter-wise question banks

3. User Accounts

To use many features of Classic Learning, you must create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

Your Account Responsibilities:

  • One Account Per Student: Each student is entitled to create and maintain only one account on the Platform.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Do not share your credentials with anyone.
  • No Account Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing your account violates these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
  • Report Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@classiclearning.in
  • Account Termination: Classic Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in misuse of the Platform.

4. AI Usage & Fair Use Policy

Our AI-powered doubt solver is designed to support student learning. To ensure fair access for all users, we have established the following usage guidelines:

AI Usage Rights & Restrictions:

  • Educational Purpose Only: AI features are exclusively for academic assistance and learning support. Commercial or non-educational use is prohibited.
  • Fair Usage Limits: Each subscription tier includes a set number of AI interactions per month. Exceeding these limits requires additional charges or upgrading your subscription.
  • Usage Restrictions: Classic Learning reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend AI usage for any account found to be abusing the system (e.g., automated queries, spam, misuse).
  • No Guaranteed Results: AI responses are provided for guidance only. The accuracy and completeness of AI responses are not guaranteed. Always verify with textbooks and teachers.
  • Scope Limited to Curriculum: The AI is trained to respond only to questions related to the selected class, subject, and chapter. Off-topic queries will not be entertained.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features and services on Classic Learning require a paid subscription. Please review our pricing carefully before subscribing.

Payment Terms:

  • Clear Pricing: All subscription fees are displayed clearly before you complete payment. Fees include all applicable taxes.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be notified of significant price increases.
  • Subscription Duration: Access to paid services is limited to the duration of your active subscription. Upon expiration, access to premium features will be restricted.
  • Automatic Renewal: If enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking portals. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

  • Sharing Login Credentials: Sharing your account credentials with other students or allowing others to access your account
  • Misusing AI Features: Using AI to generate content for cheating, plagiarism, or submitting AI-generated work as your own
  • Uploading Harmful Content: Sharing obscene, violent, defamatory, or inappropriate content on the Platform
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying code or algorithms of the Platform
  • Academic Dishonesty: Using the Platform in a manner that facilitates cheating, plagiarism, or other forms of academic misconduct
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access or hack into Classic Learning's systems or servers
  • Harassment & Abuse: Engaging in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users or Classic Learning staff

Violation of these conduct standards may result in account suspension, permanent termination, and legal action where applicable.

8. Content Ownership

All content on Classic Learning, including lectures, notes, questions, explanations, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Classic Learning or its content partners.

Your Content Rights & Restrictions:

  • Personal Use Only: You may view, download, and use content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
  • No Copying or Distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or redistribute content without explicit written permission from Classic Learning.
  • No Commercial Use: Using Platform content for commercial purposes, creating derivative works, or selling notes/lectures is strictly prohibited.
  • Attribution: If you use content with permission, you must provide proper attribution to Classic Learning.

9. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While Classic Learning is designed to support student learning and exam preparation, we want to be clear about what we can and cannot guarantee:

  • No Guarantee of Exam Results: Academic success depends on individual student effort, understanding, practice, and study habits. Using Classic Learning does not guarantee specific exam scores or board exam results.
  • Performance Analytics Are Indicative: Performance reports and progress metrics provided by our Platform are estimates based on your test performance and are not predictive of actual board exam outcomes.
  • Individual Learning Differences: Learning outcomes vary significantly among students based on their dedication, prior knowledge, and learning pace. Our Platform provides tools and resources but cannot replace consistent student effort.
  • Curriculum Alignment: While our content is designed to align with CBSE and State Board curricula, we cannot guarantee 100% coverage of all exam syllabus components. Always refer to your school curriculum and teacher guidance.

10. Service Availability

Classic Learning operates its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We aim to provide continuous, reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • Scheduled Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily make the Platform unavailable. We will try to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours.
  • Technical Issues: Service interruptions may occur due to technical problems, server issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • No Liability for Downtime: Classic Learning is not liable for losses or damages arising from temporary service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Learning and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

  • Liability Cap: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Classic Learning in the 12 months preceding the claim.
